Your tasks

• You lead, develop and coach your team of the General Agency Basel with a clear focus on performance, goals and results
• You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the agreed sales and quality goals in health, property and life insurance
• You act actively in the market yourself and are a role model in sales - from initial contact to closing
• You establish a high-performance sales culture with clear standards, measurable KPIs and continuous development
• You work on the market strategically together with your team and ensure excellent, cross-industry professional customer advice
• Your team is close to the customers, recognizes potentials and offers solution-oriented advice at a top level
• You recruit high-performing insurance and customer advisors - also cross-industry talents - and introduce them in a structured and performance-oriented manner

• You bring several years of successful sales experience in the all-branch sector
• You move confidently in a dynamic, performance-driven sales environment and consistently go the extra mile
• You work in a structured, data- and goal-oriented manner and are assertive, resilient and a team player
• You reside in the Basel region, are excellently networked and possess a valid driving license Cat. B
