Task For one of our clients from the environment of the Swiss Federal Administration, we are looking for an experienced personality in the field of test management and test system support for eGovernment solutions. You will take on a central role in the planning, coordination, and support of the test environments and, together with development, operations, test, and release management, ensure a stable and efficient test operation. In doing so, you will work within a demanding system landscape with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks include: * Support and coordination of the test systems for * Planning and coordination of the provision of test systems together with developers and operators * Planning and coordination of the required test instances for installations and test activities * Processing of problem reports as well as coordination of fault rectification in the test and operating infrastructure * Coordination of test activities with test managers and testers * Support of the test managers in the execution and further development of the test processes * Review of test cases as well as active support in testing and quality assurance * Provision of test clients and the required software * Organization and coordination of the required permissions * Preparation, coordination, and leadership of release introductions and upgrades * Taking on the function as test manager for specific departmental projects * Close cooperation with Service Manager, Release Manager, development, operations, and other subject matter experts * Collaboration in the establishment of test automation * Taking over the automation solution into operation and further development * Ensuring a continuous know-how transfer to the parent organization If you have your own GmbH or AG in Switzerland, billing can be done through it.
