Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will support the Head of Logistics in the organization and coordination of daily operational business and actively work within the team.

• Organization and coordination of daily business in the assigned area
• Ensuring a quality and timely goods flow
• Ensuring correct bookings and data in the ERP system
• Support in the operational leadership and supervision of employees
• Participation in inventories, projects, and process improvements
• Active participation in daily operational business

Your profile

You have practical experience in logistics and are familiar with the processes surrounding picking, storage, packaging, preparation, as well as loading and unloading of transport goods. Furthermore, ideally, you bring the following:

• Further training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Forklift license; crane certificate is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as good MS Office skills
• Good German skills and basic knowledge of English; Polish is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
