Within an industrial environment, the person will be responsible for the management and structuring of technical data related to manufacturing. They will play a key role in process documentation, maintaining the quality of technical information, and supporting production teams to ensure the smoothness and reliability of operations.

Job Description ##

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and update manufacturing instructions and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain technical files related to production activities.
• Define, structure, and document the various stages of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure the management, monitoring, and updating of technical documentation.
• Provide support to planning and production teams in the management of technical data.
• Manage administrative information relating to tooling, equipment, and consumables.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and integration of technical data into management information systems (ERP).

The Successful Applicant ##

• Technical training at technician level or equivalent in an industrial, mechanical, or field related to methods and industrialization.

Good ability to interpret plans, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents.

Experience or a strong appetite for industrial environments and production processes.

Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.

Comfort in using an ERP and in managing technical data.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools (PLM/PDM) is an asset.

Excellent organizational, structuring, and document management skills.

Rigor, attention to detail, and work methodology.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different departments.

Analytical mindset allowing for the identification and correction of technical inconsistencies.

Sense of priorities and reactivity to operational needs.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with technical and production interlocutors.
