Your tasks:

• Support and coordination of nursing processes in cooperation with doctors, therapists, and social workers
• Documentation and observation of disease progression for the adjustment of treatment plans
• Promotion of patient independence through targeted nursing interventions
• Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and nursing concepts
