In order to ensure a clean, functional, and well-maintained working environment for all our teams, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our premises spread across several floors, as well as small maintenance and common DIY tasks.

We are looking for, for the maintenance and upkeep of our premises, based in Renens:

Maintenance Agent (M/F) at 60%

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily maintenance of sanitary facilities, offices, and common areas
• Maintain production areas, machining workshops, and planing areas
• Manage waste disposal and waste sorting
• Perform small maintenance, repair, and common DIY tasks
• Ensure monitoring of consumable stocks

Required skills:

• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar role
• Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and products
• Good physical condition and ability to handle loads
• Comfortable with the use of cleaning machines
• Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities autonomously

Profile sought:

• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Reliability and punctuality, comfortable working alone on site
• Good interpersonal skills and discretion towards employees and visitors
