Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for HR and leadership of the HR team
• Advising the executive management and managers on all HR issues
• Further development of the HR strategy, personnel development and corporate culture
• Ensuring efficient HR processes as well as responsibility for recruitment and personnel administration
• Accompanying change processes and further development of the leadership and cooperation culture

Your profile

• Training as an HR specialist with federal diploma, HR manager or comparable qualification
• Several years of HR experience in a leading function
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Very good German and good English skills
• Pragmatic way of working and strong communication skills
