Tasks You support the Head of Department Operations & IT in administrative and organizational matters You perform proactive, structured agenda management and coordinate appointments reliably You prioritize and triage correspondence, including active management of the e-mail inbox You create and revise presentations, Excel evaluations, and sophisticated correspondence You plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events including minute-taking and pending tasks management You support projects (deadlines, documents, progress overview) and keep stakeholders informed You act as a central contact person in the department and coordinate concerns in a targeted manner Profile Commercial basic training with several years of experience in a comparable assistant function (hospital environment an advantage) Further training as an Executive Assistant is a plus Strong organizational and coordination talent, even with changing priorities Stylistically confident communication in German – both oral and written – at all hierarchical levels Very good digital competencies (MS Office, Teams, and modern tools) Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high service and quality orientation Integrity, winning personality with enjoyment of the assistant role as well as high discretion We offer We offer you more than just a job.
