We are a growing and forward-looking non-profit Spitex organization and are looking for a professionally competent and motivated Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as Case Coordinator (70-100%). Tasks include coordinating and organizing the provision of services internally and externally from admission to discharge, responsibility for the entire nursing process (nursing diagnostics according to NANDA) as well as electronic nursing documentation, delegating tasks in a situation- and competence-appropriate manner, coaching nursing staff in professional matters (daily responsibility) and contributing to the training of future nursing professionals (HF/FaGe). Your profile: diploma as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent, high organizational and communication skills, independent, initiative, contact-friendly and resilient personality, open to changes and innovations, experience in needs assessments with InterRai.
