A team of 300 motivated people – including more than 150 doctors employed on a permanent basis – actively participates in the design of the medicine of tomorrow at Medgate Suisse, using future-oriented digital health solutions. At Medgate, people treating female and male patients remotely initially undergo intensive training in telemedicine. The medical guidelines developed for the needs of telemedicine and continuously improved over the years are practice-oriented and designed for remote treatment. The patient management system assists doctors in their treatment, notably through the use of artificial intelligence. Thus, doctors have less administrative work and can focus more specifically on care for female and male patients. The medicine of the future is already a reality at Medgate. With flexible working models and reliable on-call planning, it is possible to optimally combine work, free time, and family at Medgate. Doctor - telework position, reliable hours (m/f/d) What we can offer you You treat female and male patients autonomously as a telemedicine doctor within the 24h/7d service of Medgate Suisse. To do this, you communicate with patients mostly by telephone or by chat, and in rare cases also by video call. Our telemedicine guidelines support you in the final therapy or triage - we treat 50% of all medical requests finally. An activity rate adapted to your current life phase, between 50 and 100%. A work week limited to 42 hours (for an occupancy rate of 100%), which you can organize according to your work and leave wishes. With us, there are no overtime hours. In case of additional need, colleagues who can organize themselves for additional teams step forward. Your profile You are a doctor: you have completed your medical studies and obtained your medical degree as well as your specialist title in general internal medicine or you have at least 2 years of experience in general medicine. You are passionate about digital and technology: with us, the computer is not a simple work tool but a colleague that allows us to stay in contact with our patient(s) and to simplify the sometimes tedious administrative work as much as possible. You are strong in communication and listening: Telemedicine doctors see with their ears and get a precise idea of their interlocutor by asking targeted questions. For this, you must have very good knowledge in French and English, or in French and German. Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
