Quality control of the outgoing dishes
Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety regulations (HACCP guidelines).
Cleaning and maintenance of the pizza station, the electric oven, and the work utensils.
Assistance with dishwashing

We are a small Italian restaurant in the Appenzeller Vorderland with a motivated team, which offers our guests everything that Mediterranean cuisine promises.

We expect: flexibility, motivation, ability to work in a team, German language skills in speech, Italian language skills are an advantage but not a requirement, training as a Pizzaiolo is desirable but also not a requirement, but can be compensated for by professional experience.

A candidate with a car or motorcycle would be an advantage, as we are somewhat remote in Walzenhausen and we work with Zimmerstunde. A staff room would be available.
