• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures, taking health promotion and prevention into account
• Advising and supporting relatives to support patient care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialists
• Documentation and quality assurance in accordance with applicable regulations

Your profile – Professional qualification and social competence

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF DN1
• Professional experience in acute, long-term, or Spitex care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Sound nursing knowledge and confident handling of nursing and medical-technical measures
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from various fields
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Readiness for continuous professional further training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
