Infrastructure Officer (m/w/d) 60%

• The overall responsibility for the vehicle fleet lies in your hands: You manage fleet and damage management, handle insurance and legal protection cases and coordinate all external service providers.
• As a supporting contact person, you advise our locations on operational infrastructure issues, accompany smaller construction and adjustment projects, handle procurements (e.g. work clothing, lighting) and support data management of the webshop.
• Direct support to management: You create meaningful reports and decision bases for the Head of Purchasing & Infrastructure, participate in audits and flexibly take over ad-hoc and special projects.
• You always keep safety, environmental and quality standards in view and ensure their consistent compliance in the entire area of responsibility.
• You ensure the monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality in your subject areas, while actively participating in budget planning and cost control.
• Your basis is a completed technical or commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by specialist further training in Facility Management or infrastructure.
• Strong organizational skills characterize you: You work independently, in a structured manner and always maintain an overview even when coordinating complex tasks.
• You already have professional experience in the area of operational infrastructure, Facility Management or technical operations.
• You live communication strength in the daily exchange with internal contact persons as well as external service providers, partners and suppliers.
• Initial basic knowledge in contract and supplier management completes your profile and helps you to keep quality and service agreements in view.
• Flexible working: Home office 1x per week.
