Finance and Accounting Specialist 60 – 80 % (m/w/d)

Your area of responsibility

• You bear responsibility for the financial accounting
• You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 21
• You assist with budgeting as well as with the management of the general ledger and the subsidiary ledgers such as payroll accounting
• You ensure day-to-day business in cooperation with the experienced team
• You bear co-responsibility in the planning and control of workflows and ensure quality
• You take over deputy roles in the team and are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• You are an Abacus professional and support various internal users

Your profile

• You have a commercial vocational training and completed further training in finance and accounting (or in training)
• You bring experience in a comparable function
• You are characterized by very good PC user skills (MS Office, Abacus)
• You have a careful, structured and independent way of working, paired with networked thinking and good comprehension
• You have joy and interest in working with people with a mental disability
• You possess high social competence, physical and mental resilience and enjoy working in a team
