To strengthen our team in Global Manufacturing and Process Technology (Global MPT), we are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Validation Lead, Global Manufacturing & Process Technology (a) 100%   Your tasks:   • Global responsibility for the cleaning validation concept within the Bachem Group • Responsibility for standardizing and continuously improving cleaning validation processes within Global MPT • Close collaboration with the cleaning validation team in Bubendorf, as well as Manufacturing and Quality departments • Conceptual and coordinating support in implementing cleaning validations at Bachem Group's production sites • Support for production in solving complex issues, investigating deviations, or implementing CAPAs related to cleaning and cleaning validation • Creation and ownership of global documents, such as cleaning validation master plans   Your profile:   • Completed degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or a comparable field, ideally with a Ph.D. • Proven, multi-year experience (at least three years) in cleaning validation • Multi-year experience (at least five years) in the GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment • Experience in global projects, working in multidisciplinary teams, and rolling out global initiatives • Independent, methodical, and structured approach to work • Good German language skills (at least B2 level), very good English language skills (C1 level)   Our offer:   • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office and option to take additional vacation days with reduced working hours • Company-owned daycare center on the Bachem campus in Bubendorf • 60% company contribution to pension fund premiums and the option for voluntary pension planning with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and varied food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem campus   Do you want to drive innovations forward with us?
