• Experience in long-term care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High social competence and enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills for cooperation with relatives and specialists
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
