Assembling small parts, mastering minute gestures, repeating an operation with the same precision…

We are looking for Assembly Operators to join our clients' workshops in the watchmaking industry.

Your mission: bringing the smallest components to life

• Perform manual or semi-automatic assembly operations of watchmaking components, notably clasps made of precious materials.
• Carry out self-checks according to defined quality criteria.
• Ensure the computer tracking of your production.
• Respect procedures and objectives for quality, quantity, and deadlines.

What if your background was your best asset?

Do you have watchmaking training, experience in industrial production, or in a profession requiring excellent manual dexterity?

Sewing, nail technology, jewelry, assembly of small parts… Your skills could transpose perfectly to watchmaking!

What we are looking for above all:

• Excellent manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
• A great capacity for concentration, even on repetitive operations.
• Rigor, autonomy, and good team spirit.
• Computer literacy and, ideally, experience with semi-automatic equipment.

Industrial experience, ideally in watchmaking, constitutes an asset.
