Your tasks <br /> • Develop conceptual and data-based foundations for the <<Spitalplanung 2030 (Akutsomatik, Psychiatrie, Rehabilitation)>> and the <<Pflegeheimplanung 2030 (ambulant and stationär)>>, including data analysis, scenario development and demand estimates • Accompany and technically guide external mandates • Coordinate with the associations of service providers, insurers and other cantons <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree in health, social, economic or natural sciences. • Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, ideally with experience in hospital and/or nursing home planning • Quick comprehension and ability to clearly structure and explain complex facts • Pronounced editorial and communicative skills (creating reports, decision-making bases and presentations in clear, precise language) • Experience in project management is an advantage <br /> We offer you The canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
