To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced personality to manage strategic key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and successfully develop long-term customer relationships.

What you can achieve

• You acquire, support, and develop B2B customers in the environment of ePost and expand sustainable customer relationships.
• Additionally, you recognize sales opportunities, qualify needs, and pursue potentials specifically until closing.
• You work closely with product management, marketing, and development to effectively support customers and make optimal use of market opportunities.
• You actively contribute your sales experience to sales documents, argumentation, and sales approaches.
• You observe market and usage trends in the digital B2B environment and derive new impulses for ePost from them.

What you bring with you

• You have a higher education or further education in the field of sales, marketing, or business administration.
• Additionally, you bring several years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the environment of digital services, IT, SaaS, platform, or outsourcing services.
• Thanks to your technical understanding, you can quickly grasp customer needs and translate them into sustainable business opportunities.
• You convince with strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a confident appearance towards different stakeholders.
• You work independently, structured, and sales-oriented and consistently pursue sales opportunities.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and, advantageously, possess good English or French skills.
