Mandated by one of our clients, a hotel establishment in the plain of central Valais, we are looking for a dynamic profile to occupy the position of :

Assistant Executive Housekeeper (M/F)

Job Description

In close collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, you will actively participate in the management and organization of the housekeeping department.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise and control the cleaning quality of rooms and public areas
• Supervise and support the team of chambermaids/valets
• Participate in the development of schedules and the management of working hours
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
• Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products and equipment
• Train new employees
• Replace the Housekeeper in her absence

Profile sought
-----------------

• Hotel training or confirmed experience in a similar position
• Experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is an asset
• Keen sense of detail and quality standards
• Natural leadership and excellent organizational skills
• Good resistance to stress and team spirit
• Proficiency in French, any other language is an advantage
