Our client, a Valais company recognized and solidly established for many years in the food sector, is looking for a Point of Sale Manager to lead several strategic sites in Upper Valais.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management of three points of sale located in Upper Valais.
• Accompany, challenge, and support store, catering, and site managers in achieving their objectives.
• Analyze performance indicators (turnover, productivity, commercial objectives) and implement appropriate action plans.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, product presentation, and customer experience standards.
• Supervise team planning and the monitoring of working hours in collaboration with local managers.
• Ensure the link between the Upper Valais establishments and the management based in central Valais.
• Actively participate in the organization of events, commercial animations, and local actions.

Your profile

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in retail or the food environment.
• Successful experience in management, coaching, or team development.
• Excellent command of German and very good knowledge of French (minimum B2).
• Comfort with numbers, result analyses, and performance indicators.
• Natural leadership, results orientation, and proximity to teams.
• Driver's license and availability for regular travel between the different sites.
