MISSION

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of people presenting a state of physical or mental dependence or a disability.
• Integrate concepts of health promotion and prevention into practice.
• Implement client care projects, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the CMS and the network.
• Ensure the role of situation manager by performing clinical analyses and by carrying out and delegating quality services

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of usual IT tools and the French language
• Interest in the field of home care and teamwork
• Ability to work autonomously and to deal with complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and ability to negotiate
