For over 40 years, Workmanagement has been your partner for exciting permanent positions - apply today and get started!   We are looking for our client, a globally leading company in Pfäffikon SZ, to hire immediately or by agreement, an Employee Technical Service (m/w/d)# Employment: 100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: Diverse industry Publication date: 01.07.2026 Your main tasks • Operation and maintenance of technical facilities (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power, door and gate systems) • Operation and monitoring of fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical and control systems as well as elevator and escalator systems • Carrying out smaller repair and maintenance work in the building and in the parking garage • Recording energy data and operating the parking and personnel counting system • Assisting with setting up and dismantling exhibitions and decorations • Standby service as well as holiday replacement for cleaning and shopping cart service Your profile • Specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or completed technical basic training (e.g. electrician, building services engineer, sanitary, heating installer or similar) • Experience in maintaining building technology is an advantage • Responsible, flexible and service-oriented personality • Willingness for standby service and irregular working hours (car required) • Good German language skills and enjoyment of varied tasks What you can expect • Varied activity in a modern and lively environment • Independent work in a committed team • Regulated shift times with fair deployment planning • Possibility of long-term deployment (Try & Hire) Are you interested?
