Lucerne Festival is a leading international music organizer and offers an annual festival in summer, two short festivals in spring and one in autumn. Lucerne Festival is characterized by innovative programming, the presentation of world-famous orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music and the promotion of young artists.

We would like to fill the following position as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement with a committed and organizationally strong personality:

Tasks

• Support and further development of existing sponsoring partnerships
• Coordination and ensuring the provision of services by Lucerne Festival to sponsors (mentions, right of first refusal for tickets, advice and support for hospitality events, etc.)
• Contract administration, accounting, acknowledgments, data maintenance and general correspondence as well as other administrative tasks in connection with partners
• Conception, planning and organization of the annual partner event during Lucerne Festival Summer
• Support and further development of the online donation platform
• Planning and editing of newsletters and other communication measures
• General administrative and organizational tasks

Profile

• Completed training in communication, business administration, cultural management or comparable
• Two to four years of experience in sponsoring, key account management, event organization, customer care or fundraising
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
• Strong relationship and communication skills as well as a sympathetic and confident appearance when dealing with different stakeholders
• Style-confident editorial skills, first language German as well as very good oral and written English skills
• You are available flexibly for all four festivals, especially during the summer festival in August and September. During this intensive period, weekend and evening shifts are part of daily festival life
