• Training and experience in the commercial sector

• Export knowledge is an advantage
• Confident German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications

These tasks await you ##

• Competent support and advice for our customers in Switzerland and in export business
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of sales promotion measures together with the Key Account Management
• Quotation and order processing: deadline monitoring, shipping coordination and if necessary creation of export documents
• Execution of administrative activities in inside sales
• Monitoring of turnover and budget of the assigned customer base
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data as well as price overviews in the ERP system
• Processing and coordination of complaints
• Creation of statistics
• Active new customer acquisition as well as targeted building of long-term customer relationships
