Your scope of design Responsibility for the ongoing optimization of a sub-portfolio with a focus on residential Development and implementation of object-specific strategies for sustainable value enhancement as well as for the optimization of the earning capacity and future viability of the objects Technical leadership and active management of the external property management partners as a central interface between ownership and operational real estate management Negotiations and enforcement of owner interests towards tenants, business partners, authorities and other stakeholders Planning, management and reporting of the assigned sub-portfolio in relation to budget and forecast, renovation planning etc. Execution and plausibility checking of profitability analyses, market value assessments and business cases as a basis for investment and strategy decisions Support for development, renovation and conversion projects in cooperation with the Construction & Development team Preparation of investment and decision-making bases for the management, board of directors and investment committee Implementation and further development of the sustainability strategy within the responsible sub-portfolio Technical support in acquisition and divestment processes Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of relevant commercial and special lease agreements Ongoing monitoring of market and location developments as well as identification of value enhancement and optimization potentials Your wealth of experience Sound business administration or real estate economics training with corresponding further training Several years of professional experience in Real Estate Asset Management, ideally in a finance, insurance or institutional investment environment Sound knowledge in the analysis and valuation of real estate investments using DCF valuation as well as in the creation of business cases Very good knowledge of the real estate industry, very good and practical knowledge of tenancy law Analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension Very good written and oral German skills as well as good oral and written English and/or French skills are an advantage Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, communicative personality with negotiation skills Your benefits Thanks to various working models, you can design your commitment flexibly – with up to 60 percent in the home office.
