Team Leader 80 %

In this function, you will provide professional and personal leadership to a team of eight to ten employees. You will further design and develop the residential group, organize everyday life, and always orient yourself towards the principle of a good life. Together with your team, you will support five users in living in a community that promotes participation and takes individual needs seriously. At the same time, you are part of the residential home management team and actively contribute your ideas in an active, creative, and innovative way.

You bring a completed degree in social or special education (B.A. or diploma) for this versatile task. You have experience in accompanying adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities and are characterized by a resource-oriented way of working, teamwork, and resilience. Leadership experience and a completed team leader course are an advantage but not a must; alternatively, you bring the willingness to further your education in this area. You work in day shifts and have a small flexible workload component (weekend).
