Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FIBU / BEBU, monthly/ quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, reporting)
• Member of the executive management; participation in strategic and operational decision-making processes
• Responsibility for Services & Administration (administration, complaint management, telephone, reception), personnel administration and HR services (payroll and social insurance accounting)
• Leadership, development and coordination of the service and admin team
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed higher commercial or business administration training (UNI/FH/HF)
• and many years of experience in fiduciary, controlling, finance
• Several years of experience in finance/accounting as well as knowledge in HR administration, preferably in a social or health organization
• Several years of leadership experience and experience in change projects
• Strong social, leadership and communication skills, high resilience and structured way of working.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
