The External Relations and Communication department, under the responsibility of the service de la chancellerie, has the mission to steer and coordinate the institutional communication of the State, by guaranteeing the consistency of messages, the image, and the reputation of the Canton.

Your missions
Integrated within the institutional communication team, you coordinate the social media strategy of the State of Neuchâtel and ensure the consistency, quality, and relevance of the content disseminated.
You manage the official social media networks of the State and design, produce, and adapt multimedia content (videos, photos, graphic visuals, motion design) in compliance with the defined editorial line and strategy. Your expertise also allows you to create, set up, and monitor digital campaigns from A to Z; you analyze their performance and propose adaptations if necessary.
Through your professional experience, you are also comfortable in communication and the writing of institutional messages. Your interpersonal skills and your natural sense of communication can be utilized for all the services of the external relations and communication unit.
In connection with the departments and services of the cantonal administration, you know how to understand needs, advise, and create relationships of trust.

Your profile
You hold a HES bachelor's or university degree in the field of digital communication, digital marketing, design, multimedia, or an equivalent training, and have a few years of experience in digital communication, social media, and content creation.
Creative, curious, and proactive, you also know how to work with rigor. You are attentive to needs, are autonomous while enjoying working in a team. Your sense of organization allows you to manage several projects while respecting deadlines. You master graphic and audiovisual creation tools and have excellent writing skills in French.
