About Our Client ##

Our Client is a small architectural firm and general contractor based in the Lausanne region.

They have mandated us to recruit an Assistant in Work Management H/F.

The position is to be filled between 80% and 100%

Job Description ##

Your main tasks are:

• - Ensure administrative monitoring of projects, from preparation of files to their updating and archiving.
• - Manage tender requests, ensure follow-up with service providers and participate in the preparation of comparative offers.
• - Ensure administrative and financial management of files: contracts, amendments, invoicing, payments.
• - Provide administrative support to project managers in preparing, controlling and coordinating their files.
• - Organize meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up of actions and associated information.
• - Ensure reception of visitors, management of calls, emails and mail, as well as various administrative coordination tasks.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland MANDATORY.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss construction sector.
• Mastery of Excel required, knowledge of Messerli an asset.
• Ability to manage several files in parallel, good communication, organization, reactivity, anticipation. We will only respond to application files that meet all the criteria indicated above
