Your tasks • Deputy management of the branch in the absence of the store management • Support in deployment planning and management of the sales team • Ensuring smooth branch operations • Advising and serving our customers • Cash management as well as daily and monthly closings • Goods management (orders, restocking, warehouse maintenance and goods control) • Implementation of sales promotion measures and actions • Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with quality standards Your profile • Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or an equivalent training in retail • Professional experience in retail • Experience in personnel management or initial leadership experience is an advantage • High willingness to learn as well as motivation to develop professionally and personally • Enjoyment in dealing with customers as well as a strong service consciousness • Independent, reliable and structured way of working • Teamwork skills, flexibility and sense of responsibility • Very good German skills in spoken and written form • Driver's license category B and own vehicle is an advantage • Impeccable reputation as well as no debt enforcement proceedings We offer you A responsible position with development opportunities Modern working conditions in a motivated and family-like team 5 weeks vacation Working hours: 42.5-hour week for full-time (pro rata for 80%) Attractive bonus regulation: Profit sharing pro rata (proportionate to company success) Bonus for full attendance (no sickness-related absences) Employee discounts as well as internal training and further education opportunities Entry by arrangement Contact Interested?
