Share What can you expect? ## • You analyze credit applications (new loans, credit increases or resubmissions) from commercial customers while complying with regulatory requirements and approve them within your competence • Processing of credit requests: Recording and checking data entry and verifying completeness of documents, evaluating real estate, creating contract documents, opening necessary accounts, timely payment and repayment, filing fully processed credit files, reconciling and reducing credit positions. • Management of credit positions: Preparation of new approvals of the total engagement of the debtor (NBG), data entry for balance sheet analyses, construction loan processing, mortgage master data management, collateral master data management, monitoring and execution of dunning for open items • You advise and support the front offices on all questions regarding credit cases • Detailed clarifications with credit advisor or third parties (e.g. authorities, pension funds, insurances) regarding credit processing • If interested and possible, accompanying and promoting learners as well as willingness to take on the role as a practical instructor. What do you bring? ## • You have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss credit business and bring experience in credit administration or credit approval • You have completed banking training • You have experience in the field of real estate financing and real estate valuation • You possess an independent, accurate and efficient way of working
