For one of our clients, a key player in the industrial sector, we are looking for a concierge (M/F) to ensure the maintenance and security of a production site and offices. Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the cleanliness of indoor spaces. • You will take charge of waste disposal and sorting. • You will ensure the good condition of the building's technical facilities. • You will perform light maintenance interventions. • You will control the functioning of equipment and lighting. • You will maintain the exterior surroundings of the infrastructure. • You will participate in the maintenance of green spaces. • You will intervene during snow removal operations in winter. • You will guarantee the cleanliness and proper use of the washing tunnels. • You will carry out regular checks of the facilities. • You will anticipate maintenance and repair needs. • You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment. Your profile: • You have confirmed experience in a similar concierge or building maintenance role. • You are a versatile and dynamic person, able to adapt to different situations. • You work autonomously while respecting established instructions and procedures. • You are flexible and able to adapt to the daily unexpected events. • You have a good sense of organization and manage your priorities effectively. • You are able to anticipate needs and intervene proactively. • You attach great importance to quality and rigor in your work. • You are detail-oriented and ensure a clean and functional environment. • You hold a valid driver's license and reside in the canton of Fribourg.
