Ideally, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in real estate management
• Experience in managing condominium property, rental apartments, and ideally commercial properties
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French skills are an advantage
• Structured, exact, and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
• Organizational talent as well as enjoyment of careful and reliable work
• Trustworthiness, discretion, and a professional appearance
• Ideally residing in the Münchenbuchsee region
• Driver's license Cat. B

Your tasks

You take on the independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio consisting of condominium property, rental apartments, and commercial properties.

In doing so, you ensure professional, economical, and sustainable management and are a reliable contact person for owners, condominium owners, tenants, and external partners.

Your tasks specifically include:

• Independent and careful management of your own real estate portfolio
• Active contract and rental management including creation, adaptation, and control of lease agreements
• Rental of terminated and vacant properties as well as organization and execution of viewings
• Planning, organization, and execution of apartment handovers and takeovers
• Ongoing correspondence with owners, condominium owners, tenants, authorities, and service providers
• Coordination of maintenance, repair, and craftsman work as well as processing insurance cases
• Participation in the preparation of service charge and administration statements
• Close cooperation with internal and external contact persons, especially with real estate accounting
• Mutual representation and support within the team
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of our work processes
