• Independent and proactive management of projects of medium size with increased complexity
• Leadership and coaching of the project team
• Contact person for clients, architects, and co-planners
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Basic professional training in the electrical field
• Further training in building technology, specialist area electrical engineering (FH, HF, or federal diploma)
• Practical experience in the planning of electrical engineering projects
• Openness to innovations and support of employees in decisions
