To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and conscientious personality as HR Manager 40-50% The following tasks await you: Support and advice for managers and employees in all personnel-related topics Responsibility for the entire HR Life Cycle from entry to exit Support of line managers in labor law and organizational issues Responsibility for the recruitment process including job advertisements, applicant management and Active Sourcing Responsibility for timely and correct payroll processing including social security, withholding tax and annual financial statements (Dynamics 365 Business Central: SwissSalary) Processing of accident, illness and family allowance cases Maintenance of personnel data as well as ensuring a smooth HR administration process Monitoring of working hours and absences using a time tracking system (Timeshepherd) Your individuality complemented with the following knowledge makes you our new team member: Commercial basic training & further training in the HR field, at least HR Assistant Several years of professional experience in HR is an advantage Sound knowledge of payroll as well as in the area of social security and good knowledge of labor law Independent, structured and reliable way of working High discretion and responsible handling of confidential information Open, communicative and service-oriented personality Flawless German and Swiss German skills in speaking and writing Good French as well as Italian skills are of great advantage Your future with us: We offer you a varied and multifaceted activity as well as progressive employment conditions.
