You develop creative solutions and create plans in 3D. In doing so, you contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for your projects. In construction management, you hold the threads together: From tenders, awards and works contracts via local construction management to final acceptance and rectification of defects. In doing so, you keep costs, quality and deadlines in view. What you bring with you You have a suitable education and professional experience in your corresponding field of expertise (Dipl. Technikerin HF Bauplanung Fachrichtung Architektur, Architektin FH or Bauleiterin Hochbau or also gladly Zeichnerin EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur with corresponding professional experience). For architecture and planning, you bring sound knowledge of ArchiCAD, 3D drawing and MS Office. For construction management, in addition to knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA), you also bring practical experience in construction execution.
