In this exciting and versatile position, you are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of modern virtual workplace platforms. In doing so, you ensure the stable and high-performance operation of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments and analyze complex disruptions in 3rd-level support in a sustainable and solution-oriented manner.

You will work on demanding infrastructure and digital workplace projects and actively contribute your ideas to the development of new solutions and concepts. Furthermore, you support technical Proof of Concepts, drive automation using PowerShell, and continuously develop existing platforms. In the hybrid environment, topics related to Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) are also part of your area of responsibility.

To successfully master this challenge, you have sound experience in the operation or engineering of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the areas of MCS, PVS, or FAS. Initial experience in the Azure environment or with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage.

You have experience in automation with PowerShell and are characterized by a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working. Quality, stability, and sustainable solutions are your focus. Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and have good English skills. Citrix certifications are welcome, but your practical experience and technical know-how are more important.
