Construction Machine Operator

We are always looking for Construction Machine Operator / All-rounder #### Your tasks: • Operating various construction machines (e.g. dozer, wheel loader, excavator, dumper, roller, cleaning vehicle and small equipment) • Excavation control and instruction of trucks in the backfilling operation • Gravel extraction while complying with excavation heights • Covering work for the development of new gravel resources • Recultivation work and slope construction • Assisting with conversions of mobile silo/conveyor belt systems and annual revisions • Cleaning and maintenance work on machines and systems • Maintenance of the site (e.g. cleaning, snow clearing, infrastructure and water supply) Your profile: • Completed vocational training • Experience in handling construction machines • Manual skills • German language skills at native level • Teamwork, commitment and flexibility • Independent, cooperative and forward-thinking work approach • Networked and coherent thinking • Sense of responsibility and duty • High stress tolerance and good physical condition • Willingness to work occasional night and weekend shifts • Driver's license and own vehicle We offer: • A varied activity in a dynamic team • Modern working tools and machines • A collegial and supportive working environment • Opportunities for further training and development prospects Interested?
