Head of Living and Working / Agogic Specialist Lead 80 % (m/f/d)

In doing so, we pay attention to their resources as well as abilities and orient ourselves towards self-determination, dignity, and participation.  As part of the further development of our organization, we are looking for our future Head of Living and Working / Agogic Specialist Lead 80 % (m/f/d) starting 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility and actively helps shape the further development of Bergquelle. In this versatile leadership task, you will take over the personnel and organizational management of the Living and Working areas as well as the agogic specialist leadership. As a member of the executive management team, you shape the future of Bergquelle and contribute to its economic success. You bring the perspective of the accompanied people, the teams, and the professional expertise directly into the decision-making processes.  As the agogic specialist lead, you are responsible for the quality and further development of the support throughout Bergquelle. You support the team leaders in their leadership roles, accompany them in demanding situations, and promote cooperation across the areas. Important decisions in the areas are developed jointly whenever possible, whereby you bear the responsibility and ensure their binding implementation. You have a tertiary-level educational qualification (HF/FH) in social pedagogy, special education, social work, or a comparable field. Ideally, you bring professional and leadership experience in the disability sector and enjoy accompanying leaders in their development. As a reflective and dialogue-oriented personality, you listen, include different perspectives, and make comprehensible decisions.  As a member of the executive management team, you work on strategic and operational topics of Bergquelle. You accompany projects and engage in exchange with people with support needs, relatives, legal representatives, staff, and leaders.
