Job Description
The Tagesstrukturen of the municipality of Ennetbaden are an important part of the family and school-supplementary care offering. Around 20 employees ensure professional, reliable, and child-friendly care for around 230 children from kindergarten to 6th grade at two locations. To complement our committed team, we are looking for an upbeat and motivated personality as a Group Leader (80 %) for the kindergarten group, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks

Professional leadership and support of the care team in daily group activities
Planning, design, and implementation of the daily and leisure program as well as holiday offers
Promotion of the development of children in the individual and social areas
Cooperation with parents, school, and school social work
Co-responsibility for the implementation of the pedagogical concept and its further development
Guidance and support of the apprentices in the group
You bring with you

Completed pedagogical training (e.g., Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF / FH / Social Work)
Vocational trainer course
Several years of professional experience in leading large children's groups
Good administrative and organizational skills as well as proficient handling of IT
Open and empathetic personality with a sense for the concerns of children, parents, and the team
