Professional experience in deployment planning, dispatching, or coordination - ideally in a service-oriented environment. Very good planning and organizational talent with a high degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and reliability. Customer- and service-oriented personality with enjoyment in telephone customer contact. Confident handling of digital aids, planning tools, and MS Office.
