In order to strengthen our Personnel Service team, we are looking for a(n): HR Specialist Your mission: As an HR Specialist, you play a key role in the development and management of human resources within our company. Your mission consists of supporting the HR department in the implementation of a modern and efficient policy, while providing daily operational support. Your main responsibilities include: * Actively participate in the management of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, skills development, and payrolling. * Ensure the monitoring of personnel files and ensure compliance with legal and conventional obligations. * Contribute to and support managers in their HR responsibilities (team management, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc.). * Act as a relay and support role within the framework of the company's organizational and cultural transformations. Your profile: * Federal diploma of specialist in human resources * Proven experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in an industrial or technical environment. * Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and modern HR practices. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with all stakeholders. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. * Mastery of an HRIS (Abacus an asset) * Mastery of German, a plus.
