To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Operations Electrician 100% (m/f) Tasks • Troubleshooting on the production plants: You quickly analyze malfunctions in paper production and processing and ensure that our plants run reliably and efficiently • Assistance with revisions, conversions, and optimizations: With your expertise, you actively participate in exciting projects, lend a hand, and help shape improvements in production. • Carrying out maintenance work: With your technical know-how, you reliably maintain our plants and the infrastructure, ensuring high operational readiness and driving process optimizations forward. • Ensuring the flow of information in the team: Through your clear, open, and solution-oriented communication, all those involved always stay up to date. Option for additional tasks: • Taking over tasks in maintenance planning: You take on the planning, coordination, and structured implementation of maintenance measures independently and proactively. • Adjustment and maintenance of documentation: You carefully keep technical documents – such as diagrams – up to date and sustainably ensure their quality. Profile • Training: You have completed training as an electrical installer, automation technician EFZ, or in a related technical field (listed professions with ESTI) and ideally possess an installation permit NIV Art. 13 or 15. • Experience: Sound experience in the maintenance and repair of production plants, ideally in paper production or processing, distinguishes you. • Personality and working style: With your communicative and team-oriented manner, you work cross-functionally and promote efficient information exchange. • Readiness for on-call service: For you, taking responsibility includes being available for on-call service on weekends and public holidays if necessary. • Mobility: Your place of residence is a maximum of 30 minutes from the workplace, and ideally, you have your own vehicle available so that you can quickly arrive on site during on-call assignments.
