Nursing Assistant

In the Altersheim Belp, 45 residents ranging from independent to requiring heavy care spend their final stage of life. Our goal is to accompany the residents and their relatives so that their quality of life is as high as possible despite limitations. We offer them needs-oriented care and support, competent medical care, and stimulating daily activities.

What awaits you

• Assistance with the care and support of the residents and documentation in the electronic system
• Assistance in the implementation of the nursing mission statement
• Domestic tasks (cleaning and disposal tasks, errands, food orders)
• Co-responsibility for the provision of nursing materials and nursing aids, as well as for their careful and economical use

What you bring with you

• Completed course Pflegehelfer:in SRK
• Several years of experience in the nursing field
• Communication and organizational skills
• Motivated, resilient, and independent personality
• Joy and talent in dealing with elderly people
• Teamwork, independence, and flexibility
