Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%) We design processes and advise our customers from the first project idea, the project development through to planning and realization up to commissioning and use of the plant. In connection with the services for construction management, we plan costs, prepare and control tenders and control the entire realization process. For our team in Zürich / Basel / Bern we are looking for a Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%) You will work in a team and with individual responsibility on demanding and versatile construction projects in construction process management along all phases according to SIA 112. Varied tasks and a committed, collegial team await you. Your main tasks: Carrying out condition assessments and analyses Project and process control with task coordination Controlling of costs, deadlines and qualities Organization and execution of tenders Management of accounting and change management Schedule planning, construction performance control and quality assurance Your profile: Higher technical construction training in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or structural engineering Experience in construction management Enjoyment of innovative and digital work processes Curiosity, teamwork skills as well as willingness to perform and learn Responsible and independent working Proficient German in spoken and written form Confident and respectful appearance towards clients, authorities and external partners Your place of work is located in a location well connected by public transport near the railway station Zürich, Bern or Basel.
