For 1 December 2026 or another date to be agreed upon, we are looking for a Collaborator for the Ethics Violations Reporting Service (80-100%) Your future field of activity: Administrative processing of reports of ethical breaches received by telephone and in writing, in German and in French Organization of hearings, including the preparation of minutes and follow-up Obtaining information on a case-by-case basis and contact details from the parties to the proceedings as well as from sporting organizations, etc. Processing of mail (receipt, dispatch and follow-up) Initial processing of electronic messaging and transmission of emails to the person in charge of the case Autonomous processing of correspondence upon instruction Simple clarification tasks Preparation and updating of case files and file directories in the Case Management System Preparation of documents for legal partners and parties to the proceedings as well as for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (redaction, copying, scanning, dispatch) Administrative support to the head of the service within the framework of projects and other missions What we expect from you: Complete commercial training Further training or professional experience in the legal or social sector would be an advantage French native language with good knowledge of German (B2 level); knowledge of English would be an asset Stylistic ease and good writing skills Strong sense of organization and a structured way of working Quick-wittedness and marked analytical skills Knowledge of the Swiss sporting system and associative management Team spirit and high requirements for the quality of work performed, free from conflicts of interest What we offer you: An interesting and varied job in a regional, national and sometimes international environment A young and highly motivated team within which you will have the possibility to bring and implement your own ideas, thus contributing to the development of the entire organization Exchanges on an equal footing thanks to an open corporate culture and horizontal hierarchies Modern and attractive employment conditions Offices located in the center of Bern with the possibility of partially working from home Are you interested in this position?
