For the Daillens VD site, we are looking for a/an Transport Organizer / Disponent (m/f/d) # 100% Your tasks: ### • Plan, organize and optimize road and combined transport (deadlines, costs, resources) • Ensure optimal use of our fleet and our transport capacities • Direct, coordinate and assign missions to drivers • Enter, process and control transport orders in the computer systems • Be the direct interlocutor and ensure fluid communication between clients, drivers and partners • Manage unforeseen events and quickly find solutions adapted to needs Your profile: ### • Completed professional training in the field of logistics, shipping, transport organization or equivalent training • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the dispatching or organization of road transport in Switzerland • Practical experience in the planning and management of a vehicle fleet and drivers • Good knowledge of the regulations applicable to road transport in Switzerland • Good knowledge of French and German, indispensable; any other language is an asset • Ability to work autonomously, in a structured and solution-oriented manner Your gain: ### • A position of responsibility within a recognized family company in transport and logistics • A modern and dynamic working environment • An experienced and collaborative team • Short decision-making paths and direct communication with managers • A varied activity with real autonomy in the organization of transport • The possibility to contribute actively to the improvement and development of our organization Are you interested?
