Coach: Arbeits Integration

Learco AG is a collaboration of the socially engaged institutions arwo Stiftung in Wettingen, Stiftung Domino in Hausen, Stiftung Lebenshilfe in Reinach and Stiftung Orte zum Leben in Lenzburg. It supports people in labor market integration and independent living who are limited in their capacity to perform due to physical, psychological or cognitive reasons - temporarily or permanently.

As a Coach in the field of labor market integration, you accompany clients with different impairments in professional integration. In doing so, you are active throughout the entire Canton of Aargau and adjacent regions, both in the general as well as the supplementary labor market.

Your tasks

• As a strong personality, you support and accompany people with difficult access to the labor market in the development and implementation of professional perspectives. This includes individual coaching as well as cooperation with integration specialists, companies and practical instructors
• In doing so, you work in a resource-oriented manner and take over complete case management including acquisition and reporting
• You are the contact person for all parties involved and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation. In doing so, you are active both in the general as well as the supplementary labor market
• You are willing to take on further tasks within the organization

Your profile

• Preferably a degree in psychology, pedagogy, social work and/or further training in the field of coaching / labor market integration
• Experience and enjoyment in accompanying adolescents and adults with psychological and/or cognitive impairments within the framework of vocational and integration measures
• Sound knowledge of the labor market as well as the ability to conduct active acquisition and build a network
• Resilient, solution-oriented and decisive personality who likes to roll up their sleeves
• Communication skills, empathy as well as high social competence
• Proficient handling of Office programs
