The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main services of the State attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one for health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of services. Client Representative - 100% As a client representative, you lead and manage complex institutional projects, ensuring their integration into the institution's value chain in organizational, technological and cultural dimensions. You will thus contribute to the realization of the real estate strategy. You conduct advisory missions for governance and interact with members of the Comité de Direction, Conseil d'Administration and State politicians within the framework of major projects. You lead public project management missions by conducting all phases of project organization, from the feasibility study to the acceptance of the work according to Hermes and SIA methodologies. You are an internal consultant and carry out studies and diagnostics of the institution's buildings. You provide professional expertise in one or more real estate fields within the framework of institutional projects. You develop, maintain and disseminate strategic monitoring in the field of architectural concepts and real estate project organization. Qualifications You hold a degree in architecture or REG A engineering or an equivalent title at Master's level completed by a certifying training in project management. You have solid knowledge of standards and regulations related to construction. You have excellent command of MS Office office tools. You have capacities for abstraction and conceptualization and like to work both in a team and autonomously. You have a sense of organization and a rigorous mindset. You have proven experience of 15 years in construction, including 5 years in project management for large-scale projects. Experience in a hospital environment is an asset. Additional Information You have a regular schedule but you know how to make yourself available outside of hours including at night, on weekends and public holidays for on-call service according to rotation and urgent interventions.
